The minimum rental period is 4 hours at a cost of $90. Each additional rental hour is $30. All additional rental hours will be charged in full-hour increments. Full day rental is $225.
If you are interested in renting our facility please contact us with the date of your event. If the date is available we will send you our Rental Agreement to complete.
Upon receipt of the completed Rental Agreement, we will confirm your reservation and send you an invoice for the rental fee that is due. Payment is due in full 14 days prior to your event. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if rental fee is not paid in full 14 days prior to your event.
Payments may be made by cash, check, or money order. All payments are to be made payable to “Pealer Hall” and can be mailed to 214 Gainer Hill Road, Dushore PA 18614.
If you prefer to pay by credit card or PayPal, you can access the secure payment site through the link on the electronic invoice.
There will be no penalty for events cancelled at least 14 days prior to the rental date. A penalty of 50% will be imposed for cancellations received less than 14 days from rental date.
We reserve the right to require a security deposit for all reservations. Security deposit will not exceed 100% of rental fee. This deposit will be refunded within ten (10) days following your event provided the premises are maintained and left in the same condition as when rented and satisfactory to Pealer Hall. However, any cleaning or repairs deemed necessary beyond normal use will be charged and deducted from the security deposit. If the building or any part of the premises, including furniture and equipment, is damaged during your event renter will be solely responsible for such damage.
The type and timing of your event will determine how you access the building. When we receive your rental agreement we will provide information about accessing the building.
